Congressman Kevin Brady, the vice chairman of the Joint Economic Committee joins Bloomberg TV's Trish Regan to talk about changing the role of the Federal Reserve. Congressman Brady's "Sound Dollar Act" would make many changes to the Fed including creating a single mandate of price stability.
