Kevin Brady, the vice chairman of the Joint Economic Committee, presents testimony on overhauling the Federal Reserve during today's House Financial Services Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy hearing. Rep. Brady's recently introduced "Sound Dollar Act" is designed to reform the Federal Reserve by giving it a single mandate of price stability.
