As a member of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, Congresswoman Granger had the opportunity to question Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta; Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Martin Dempsey; and Undersecretary of Defense Robert Hale at the Defense FY13 budget hearing. The Congresswoman questioned the recent decision to move C-130 aircraft stationed in Fort Worth to Montana and asked the defense leaders about what their thoughts were about the future of military aid to Egypt while the country is going through a turbulent time.
