Rep. Fleming on Fetal Pain Abortion Bill

U.S. Representative John Fleming, M.D., spoke Tuesday on the House floor in support of legislation which recognizes that unborn children, 20 weeks of age or older, are capable of experiencing pain. As such, the measure would protect unborn children, beginning at the 6th month of pregnancy, from the pain of abortion.
