Congressman John Culberson took time to honor the life of First Lieutenant Dimitri del Castillo, who was killed in Afghanistan last month while serving to protect his country. In 2004, Representative Culberson was proud to nominate First Lieutenant del Castillo for an appointment to West Point Military Academy.
