March 19, 2013 - Rep. John Campbell (R-CA) asks FHFA Director Ed DeMarco about the costs and risks of inaction on GSE reform at a Financial Services Committee hearing entitled "Sustainable Housing Finance: An Update from the Federal Housing Finance Agency on the GSE Conservatorships". Campbell also asks the FHFA Director about how close he believes the private sector is coming to investing in housing and what else he could do to attract private capital towards this sector.
