An update on the slowdown of non-essential government services

If you have been following the news out of Washington lately, there is plenty of reason to be concerned and frustrated about how Congress is handling one of its basic functions: funding government operations. I share this frustration -- government by crisis isn't right, effective or what the American people deserve.
The House has voted three times to fund the federal government and control spending while listening to the will of the American people who want to see the healthcare law delayed because of the burdens it will place on them, their families, and their businesses.
