Congressman Jo Bonner joined lawmakers from Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas in introducing the RESTORE Act on October 5, 2011. The legislation calls for the majority of Clean Water Act fines from the 2010 Gulf oil spill to be directed to the five Gulf states.
