Congressman Bonner spoke in support of the RESTORE Amendment before it passed the House by a voice vote on February 16, 2012. The passage of RESTORE Amendment signifies the first vote taken in either the House or Senate to create the Gulf Coast Restoration Fund in the wake of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
