Today, U.S. Rep. Jim Renacci (OH-16) spoke on the House floor to urge that Congress work to prevent the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from adding coal ash to the list of hazardous materials. Earlier this year, the House passed a bipartisan provision preventing that action in its version of the Surface Transportation Bill. Rep.
