Rep. Jeff Miller (R-FL) offered an amendment to the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act that would clarify the jurisdiction of the EPA with regards to ammunition containing lead components, preventing a hike in costs to DOD. The amendment was agreed to by voice vote as part of an en bloc series of amendments.
