Rep. James Lankford (R-OK) presented H.R. 3609, the Taxpayers Right to Know Act, during a full committee markup in the House Committee on Oversight & Government Reform. This legislation would allow taxpayers to annually view costs incurred, performance measured, and improvements needed within all government programs and agencies. (April 26, 2012)
