Congressman Kingston Urges President to Abandon Failed Economic Policies

April 18, 2012
Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) speaks on the House floor about the need to abandon the failed economic policies that continue dragging down our economy. In his remarks, Kingston lays out a four point plan to restart the economy: 1.) A sensible budget that provides certainty and comes to terms with our fiscal woes. 2.) Regulatory reform to remove government's road blocks to job creation and peels back overly burdensome regulations. 3.) Tax simplification to spur economic growth. 4.) Increased American energy production to help create jobs and bring down gas prices.
