Buck McKeon, Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, speaks in favor of the Sequestration Transparency Act, that would require President Obama to submit a report to Congress thirty days after the date of enactment detailing how the administration plans to implement the budget sequestration cuts required to take place in January 2013 under current law.
