In order to hear from his constituents about the effect of high gas prices -- currently averaging $3.70 per gallon in Tampa -- Rep. Gus Bilirakis visited a gas station in Oldsmar May 3. Bilirakis visited with drivers about the effect high gas prices have on their daily activities, offered cost saving tips, and gathered input on a comprehensive energy plan that will help reduce costs for consumers.
