U.S. Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.) appeared on Fox Business Channel's "Lou Dobbs Tonight" to discuss the House Republican Budget and meeting with President Obama tomorrow: "This is nearly unprecedented in our lifetime. You have to go back to when Warren Harding was President. He should have had this to us by February 4. You're at least two months late. If he were the CEO of any major company would not be a CEO by now with these lame excuses...And to say that you are not even going to a chase a balanced budget, we need a balanced budget so that we can grow the economy and jobs to stop having this drag with the deficit."
