On September 9, 2013, Congressman George Holding gave a speech on the House Floor regarding the administration's plan for military action in Syria. Congressman Holding stated that he remains "extremely skeptical" and that "this administration has done nothing to convince [him] and the American people that they have a focused, effective plan for military action in Syria."
