Congressman Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph) visits local Biomat USA plasma donor center in Kalamazoo. Upton's visit highlighted how Biomat collects human plasma and then subjects the plasma to rigorous manufacturing and purification processes to transform the proteins into life-saving biological medicines. Upton toured the facility with constituent Julie Fetch.
