Rep. Upton praises the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act

Congressman Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph) speaks in favor of the Domestic Energy and Jobs Act (H.R. 4480), which passed the House of Representatives on June 21st by a vote of 248 to 163. The legislation is a bipartisan package of domestic energy production bills that will help reduce energy costs of struggling families and small businesses, while also spurring job creation and economic growth through the increased production of American energy.
