Congressman Frank Lucas spoke on the House floor, Wednesday, October 12 on the Panama Free Trade Agreement and how trade effects his home district of OK-3. Agriculture exports support more than 10,000 jobs in Oklahoma. Across the country, agricultural exports support about 1 million jobs total. The FTA was approved by the House and Senate later in the day, along with the Colombia and South Korea Free Trade Agreements.
