Congressman Frank Lucas attended a Financial Services Committee hearing where he asked Thomas Hoenig, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, how misguided fiscal and monetary policy could negatively impact the U.S. economy. Lucas wants to make certain proper decisions are being made to keep financial markets from adopting a defensive posture.
