Coast Guard & Maritime Transportation Subcommittee Chairman Frank LoBiondo convenes a hearing on cruise ship safety in response to recent incidents abroad, particularly the sinking of the Costa Concordia. Cruise ship industry operators, experts, the U.S. Coast Guard and survivors of the Costa Concordia testified before the subcommittee.
