Congressman LoBiondo, a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, made a statement on the House floor supporting the 2011 Intelligence Authorization Act. His statement followed the successful intelligence mission against Al Qaeda Leader Osama Bin Laden, the world-renowned terrorists who authorized the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States.
