House Coast Guard & Maritime Transportation Subcommittee Chairman Frank LoBiondo convened a hearing to question Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Papp about the Service's management and efficiency in modernizing its assets after a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report detailed significant shortfalls, missed deadlines and cost overruns of the program.
