Congressman LoBiondo joined with South Jersey fishermen and colleagues in the House and Senate in support of legislation to provide greater flexibility in federal fishing regulations. He addressed the rally at the U.S. Capitol which included busloads of fishermen from New Jersey, New York and other East Coast states.
