Rep. Erik Paulsen (MN-03) took to the House floor in support of H.R. 6156, Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal Act of 2012, legislation to extend permanent normal trade relations with Russia. In 2011, Minnesota exported $71 million worth of goods to Russia, directly supporting hundreds of Minnesota jobs. Rep.
