Rep. Erik Paulsen (MN-03) questions Treasury Secretary Geithner during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing on the President's budget. Paulsen questions the Treasury Secretary on the job-crushing medical device tax to be implemented as a part of the President's new healthcare law.
