Rep. Erik Paulsen (MN-03) took to the floor to voice his support for the repeal of the unaccountable, unelected board outlined in the President's new healthcare law - The Independent Payment Advisory Board. IPAB would have the power to set reimbursement rates for specific Medicare procedures - giving them the power to deny care to seniors.
