Rep. Ed Whitfield speaks about the Energy and Revenue Enrichment Act of 2011, which would direct the Department of Energy to re-enrich depleted uranium tails at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant as well as at a plant in Portsmouth, OH. The legislation has the potential to save 1,200 jobs in Paducah.
