Rep. Whitfield today led the fight in passing a bill through the House of Representatives that would prevent the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from regulating farm dust. The bill, H.R. 1633, the Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act, would prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from proposing, finalizing, implementing, or enforcing any regulation revising the national primary or secondary ambient air quality standards for one year.
