Seeking to provide Kentucky's farmers with certainty by writing into law an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) decision not to regulate farm dust, Rep. Whitfield voted to send the Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act to the full House Energy and Commerce Committee for its consideration.
