Congressman Chris Smith (NJ-04), a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was a guest on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports to discuss Hillary Clinton's handling of the Benghazi terror attack that left the U.S. Ambassador and three other Americans dead on Sept. 11, 2013. Clinton was set to testify shortly after the interview before the Foreign Affairs Committee.
