On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, I spoke in favor of H.Res. 1320 on the House floor. H.Res. 1320 is a resolution commending the vigilance of the citizens of New York City and the hard work of law enforcement and first responder agencies involved in the failed attack on Times Square.
