Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D. (R-South Louisiana) spoke on CNN's OutFront about the recent vote to repeal Obamacare along with legislation he introduced, the "No Show, No Pay" Act (H.R. 6085).
This legislation is pretty simple: if a Member of Congress skips out on votes, that Member doesn't get paid. Being a Member of Congress is not a part-time job and should not be treated as such.
