We must make the needed choices to get our fiscal house in order and ensure that our obligations are met -- and most importantly, the over spending must stop. That is why the House of Representative passed the Path to Prosperity, a plan that will balance the budget, create jobs and put more money in the pockets of hardworking Americans.
