Rep. Miller (MI-10) attending the opening of the I-94/I-69 Freeway and Black Water Bridge project in Port Huron, MI. This project resulted in the widening and reconstructing 2.2 miles of I-94/I-69 between Lapeer Road and Pine Grove Avenue, and the replacement of the Black River Bridge -- representing a needed investment in the community that will enhance international trade.
