Congressman Latta cosponsored House Concurrent Resolution 127, which opposes efforts by the international community to regulate the Internet. This bipartisan resolution was introduced by leaders of the Energy and Commerce Committee, Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI), Ranking Member Henry Waxman (D-CA), Subcommittee Chairmen Greg Walden (R-OR) and Mary Bono Mack (R-CA), and Ranking Member Anna Eshoo (D-CA).
