On March 27, 2012 Congressman Bill Shuster took part in debate on extending the current highway law to prevent it form lapsing. Congressman Shuster is working with House T&I Chairman John Mica on a long term 5 year Highway bill that will create certainty for state DOT's implement reforms and reduce bureaucracy.
