Congressman Shuster, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials delivered remarks in support of the "Keystone XL Pipeline Act," which would enable the transfer of energy from Canada to the United States, which will create American jobs in refining and expand our domestic energy portfolio.
