On October 25, 2011 Congressman Shuster joined his colleague Tim Murphy and members of the Bipartisan Energy Working Group in a Special Order address on the Infrastructure, Jobs and Energy Independence Act. This important legislation will invests in clean American energy, rebuild America's aging locks, dams, bridges, and roads, create U.S. jobs -- both in the short and long term, and help clean the environment without raising taxes. Congressman Shuster spoke about the need to invest in America's infrastructure.
