The President's State of the Union Address also marks #1000days that the country has been operating without a Budget. Despite that the House has done their job and passed a Budget, the Senate refuses to do the same. House Republicans offered a resolution to highlight this solemn milestone and ask the President to use his State of the Union Address to call on the Senate to pass a budget.
