U.S. Congressman Austin Scott (GA-08) delivered remarks on the Floor of the House of Representatives on December 11, 2012. He used the President's own words and numbers from his own budget proposal to reiterate that our country cannot be fiscally sound without spending cuts. The President must come to the table and join Republicans in seeking spending cuts.
