Rep. Austin Scott (GA-08) votes in favor of the REINS Act which hampers down on burdensome regulations, forces Congress to hold and up-or-down vote on large scale regulations -- and do so in a timely manner -- and puts the emphasis back on empowering job creators to do what they do best-- create jobs.
