Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), a member of the Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade subcommittee, spoke during the subcommittee hearing titled: "Where the Jobs Are: Promoting Tourism to America" about his support of the Welcoming Business Travelers and Tourists to America Act of 2011 as well as the need to ensure the health and safety of U.S. citizens traveling abroad.
