Kinzinger urges support for the Small Business Tax Cut Act which would provide small businesses with less than 500 employees, a 20% deduction against active business income for tax year 2012. According to the House Ways and Means Committee, this bill would grant $46 billion in immediate tax relief to small businesses and encourage businesses to hire more employees and increase salaries.
