Congressman Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee urged President Obama to immediately support the Keystone Pipeline project after his own jobs council called for an "all-in approach" to energy policy that includes expanded oil and gas drilling as well as expediting energy projects like pipelines.
