Pence: "Misadministration of H1N1" Should "Give Americans Pause" About Supporting Pelosi Health Care Bill

OCTOBER 31, 2009

WASHINGTON, DC - In an interview last night with CNN's John King, House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence said that Americans should learn from the Administration's handling of the H1N1 crisis- with acute shortages and inoculation of detainees at Guantanamo Bay- before supporting the Pelosi Healthcare Bill.

Pence told CNN:  "I think this is exactly the kind of misadministration of health care, this and other aspects of the way this government is responding to the H1N1 virus, that ought to give the American people great pause about this massive government-run insurance plan that's been unveiled this week by House Democrats."
