Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) delivers this week's address, discussing the need for bipartisan action on averting the fiscal cliff that's set to take place at the beginning of next year. The Senate's plan to partly go off the fiscal cliff through tax hikes would kill more than 700,000 jobs, according to independent accounting firm Ernst & Young. Devastating tax hikes on small business owners is not the answer.
