Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) has been a powerful voice since House Republicans launched America Speaking Out. The Congressman continues his crusade for the American people with a video. Roskam took to the House floor to argue the merits of his amendment to cap Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executives' compenstation at the level of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This amendment was denied along partisan lines and unable to come to the House floor for a vote. He ended up in an exchange with Rep.
