As of today, 19 states – representing 41 percent of the population of the United States – have sued the federal government over ObamaCare. Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington are challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare.
While testifying before the Financial Services and General Government subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee last week, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer called ObamaCare “a good candidate” for the United States Supreme Court to review.
